Chris J Hudson is a singer and music producer with passion and spirit who currently resides in Los Angeles, California. Originally from Arizona, he has stepped out from the ‘band frontman’ moniker in the Phoenix indie band Thunderbird to chase his dreams in the big city. He believes music should have heart, and should reflect what’s in the soul. Following in the footsteps of greats like Prince and Lenny Kravitz, he writes, produces, and records all of his own music. His biggest influences are Quincy Jones, Michael Jackson, Pharrell Williams, Prince, Timbaland, Justin Timberlake, Lenny Kravitz, Jay-Z, Andre 3000, A Tribe Called Quest, Frank Ocean, Beach House, Joni Mitchell, Jeff Buckley, CloZee, Drake, and Enigma. Stepping out on faith he left the corporate world to pursue his dream, and three weeks after was offered a publishing deal through Music of the Sea, who have greats like Beyonce and Solange’s music in their catalogue. As one of the few artists out who champion mindfulness, Chris uses music as the medium to bring people of different backgrounds together, and spread love throughout the world.
